    Pretty cool (even if a bit overkill) LOL
    Loved the cracker recipes and pizza crust -- might try some!

    Cheesy Flax Cracker

    2 cups shredded cheese*
    1 cup flax seed meal
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    In a bowl, combine cheese, flax seed meal and
    butter. Mix until mixture forms a ball. Roll into a 1-1/2?
    cylinder; wrap in waxed paper and store in the refrigerator
    for 30 minutes until firm. Using a sharp knife, slice cylinder
    into 1/8?-1/4? segments and place 3? apart on ungreased
    cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 6 minutes.
    Let rest for a minute or two on the pan if too difficult to move. Cool on a rack. Store in a bag on the counter.

    Makes roughly 36-48 crackers.

    Nutritional Information 1/6 recipe:
    Calories: 383, Carb: 10, Fiber: 7 Net Carb: 3,
    Protein: 13, Fat: 33

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup butter
    In a bowl, combine cheeses and butter.
    Mix until mixture forms a ball. Roll into a 1-1/2? cylinder;

    slice cylinder into 1/8?-1/4? segments and place

    Easy Crispy Pizza Crust

    1 packed cup cooked, minced chicken breast
    1 cup packed mozzarella, shredded
    1 Tbsp parsley, dried
    1 tsp basil
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Process chicken and cheese together.
    Mixture will resemble a meal/thick, dense crumb consistency.
    3. Press chicken/cheese mixture on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
    4. Top with parsley, basil, onion and garlic powder.
    5. Bake for 12 minutes.
    6. Let cool for five minutes.
    7. Top with sauce, cheese, and then toppings.
    8. Bake for 6-8 minutes more, or until toppings are melted.
    9. Let cool for five minutes.
    10. Slice and serve.

    Makes an entire 16″ pizza.

    Nutritional information per 1/8 of pizza,
    prepared with pepperoni and added cheese and
    no-sugar pizza sauce: Calories: 180 ,
    Carbohydrates: 1.8 g , Fiber: .2 g,
    Net Carbohydrates: 1.6 g , Protein: 17.3 g, Fat: 11 g.
    Nutritional information per 1/8 of pizza crust only:
    Calories: 96.9, Carbohydrates: .5 g , Fiber: 0 g,
    Net Carbohydrates: .5 g , Protein: 11.9 g, Fat: 5g.

      The cheese crackers sound really good--I've been looking around that site, they have some interesting stuff. I'm really intrigued by the cheese-stuffed cauliflower pizza crust and the breadsticks made out of chicken instead of flour!

        Hey hey! Thank you for the kind words! I swear I was already registered here, but apparently I was smoking crack. Please let me know if you have any questions about any of my recipes. That Birthday cake was pretty meat-tacular... I made bacon cupcakes, too. It was a meaty day.
