Oh my that looks delicious If it were me....I'd just be eating brisket by itself for leftovers all week! YUM! Although, sauteed onions make everything even better, so maybe do some of those afterall
I don't know the term "corn", I am guessing you mean maybe soaking in a brine like we do with poultry before we smoke it. Hubby made a basic rub, not spicy and let er rip. He tended to it all day making sure the temp stayed consistant and all. it was sooooo juicy and devine.
