Tried making mashed cauliflower with my immersion blender but it was difficult and there were a few small cauliflower lumps. The cauliflower was cooked plenty soft. The bowl I used was one of those clear glass Pyrex bowls, sort of wide and I didn't add any butter, cream cheese or milk at first. Could any of these things be the problem? The flavor was good and I like the overall texture. I used frozen cauliflower since I was short on time. The immersion blender is handy but I could use my Ninja blender instead . . . I think.
