Coconut milk, preferably non homogenized because the fats become non absorbable.

Just discovered Zico chocolate coconut water. It's my new dark indulgence (especially after long runs/workouts)

Some people like kombucha even though I think it's vile. There's also coffee, black or with cream/butter/coconut oil, and teas of all sorts.

        Also, pickle juice. Mmmm.

A 2 liter bottle of Diet Pepsi was my daily staple and dropped it 100%. I drink a lot of iced white tea mixed with yerba mate and sometimes a couple drops of stevia. If I'm missing the bubbly, I'll sometimes mix it with some fizzy mineral water.

I think the yerba mate probably helped loads with the caffeine.

Kombucha is a great alternative but the good stuff is real expensive.

Wisdom of the Ancients Instant YerbaMate, Unsweetened, 2.82-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 4): Amazon.com: Grocery & Gourmet Food

instant yerba mate, just add water and shake

a little goes a long way, and it seems to have the same effects as "real" mate

Water with lemon is my go to, yerba mate is good, various kinda teas. In the summer I make a big jug of sun green tea and keep it in the fridge.

Water (bubbly and plain, with lime and without), Tea (iced and hot), Coffee.

That makes up 99% of my non-alcoholic drinks...

I just drink all different teas (my preference is to brew my own), and water, sometimes with lemon ad lime. rarely, i would have club soda with lemon or lime. This year I am hoping to collect rose hips to make rose hips tea, I drank it as a child and loved it.

Green Tea or other herbal teas. But other than that, water.
