Not carb heavy as its made with flax seed meal. Decent in protien and fiber.

Sounds really really good! However, I got rid of my microwave. Do you think any recipes like these would work in a toaster oven?

It should. Try baking at 350 for around 15-20 min

This does look damn good! I can see it working and will give it a go. I've been disappointed with flax meal bread attempts, but a quick raise with eggs, good call! Maybe breakfast tomorrow?

Yup. Got part of my ear sliced off shortly after 9a yesterday. It went aces. When I got home, I wanted solid food right away and feel like I'm bouncing back way better than my last operation (pre-primal)
Just a little drowsy today. Doc did nice job on compression bandage. It's pretty rounded up there. I'm feeling optimistic I might have a normal ear this time.
                          but, ah, IT ITCHES!

Yay! May you recover very quickly. Away with pain and with itching! That made me think of something comforting I'd like if I were recovering! I'll try to make it tomorrow and post the recipe for you if it works. Hint: it will be chocolatey. Chocolate makes everything better

agree, completely! Have nursed 3 Zico chocolate coconut waters over the last couple days, as well as a Dagoba xocolatl bar
