I tried to make bone marrow for dinner. What's the deal? Is bone marrow actually edible? I followed Mark's recipe. It looked like bone marrow would come oozing out if I cooked it, it was that rich in obvious marrow. The package even said bone marrow on it. 15 minutes at 350 degrees was barely enough time to cook the meat clinging to the outside of the bones. The marrow itself was hard as a rock. How do you really make bone marrow? I really want to try it. It sounds yummy. It just didn't work.
