I find that I have some unpleasant issues with coconut milk. I've seen a lot of recipes call for it and I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on what to use in place of it. I have a recipe for coconut flour pancakes that I really like, and it was fine with using water as a substitute, but I know some recipes water won't work that well in. Any help would be great.
