I pretty much do the same recipe, subbing out chili powder for the tumeric. I'll have to pick up some tumeric and try them your way.

I'm so happy you like them! It really is difficult to NOT eat the whole pan. I've done it, man. I've done it. It's totally worth it.

I adore paprika, and I'm always trying to sneak turmeric in to anything I make thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties. The special mix on these fries is outrageous!

tcb: let me know how you like them

Would bacon fat work for this also? I've made these in the frying pan with coconut oil to mimic curly fries, delish but now I have to try these!

Hehe! KIPPERS TITS! Love it! I particularly love the term 'gobsmacked'. I think it confuses people when I use it in public

Thanks! Glad you like them so much! They are a special part of a meal. In fact, I think they outshine any protein I've had with them!

The other night due to some unexpected stresses I was having thoughts of buying a bag of potato chips and devouring them. Instead, I remembered I had another bag of parsnips in the fridge. 3 good sized ones with coconut oil and your BBQ seasoning hit the spot in a most excellent way. And yes, I ate them all .
