  • Chocolate nut butter

Probably been done a thousand times but how and ever:

    100g almonds
    50g walnuts
    25g dessicated coconut

Blitz it up until it starts to clump together. Then add:

    3 tablespoons coconut oil
50g melted dark chocolate (I used G&B 85% with vanilla)
2 teaspoons of honey (though really not required at all)
    Half a teaspoon of cinnamon

Blend up and it gets nice and creamy, and lovely.

Now the question is, what to dip into it!?
Do what you love and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. if you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching tv. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop, they will be waiting for you when you start doing the things you love. Stop over analyzing, life is simple. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Some opportunities only come once, seize them.

Yup. I did Mac Daddy Butter (chocolate macadamia butter), but didn't use dessicated coconut. Nice addition there

Well, best not to make this too often, made a second batch yesterday and ate the lot in about 5 minutes, too much temptation. Mind you, it kept me full for hours!
