          I do chicken strips with arrowroot. Mix in spices with the arrowroot and cook in olive oil or coconut oil and it comes out damn good too!

            I use LSA mix for crumbing chicken and veal and fish, sometimes with grated parmesan added. Tastes far better than breadcrumbs ever did.

                My absolute favorite paleo breading is pulverized pork rinds. Seriously, I fry chicken strips and fish in it and my non-paleo boyfriend loves it. Mix in some garlic powder, oregano and paprika and it's brilliant.

                    I reaaally want to make some fried chicken, but I don't want to waste my beef tallow or coconut oil.
                    Do you suppose I could strain the beef tallow through a coffee filter afterwards?
