    I've craving a rich and creamy dairy-free smoothie for awhile, and thought this one up this evening It is heavenly! (Didn't want to use coconut, as I'm a little tired of it!)


    1 Tbs raw almond butter

    1/2 avocado

    1/2 small banana

    2 cups frozen berries


    ENJOY!

    i love making a chocolate-banana smoothie for breakfast in the morning:


    1 banana (even better if it's frozen)

    8oz almond milk

    1 tablespoon almond butter

    1 tablespoon cocoa powder (i use green & black's organic)


    so tasty, & definitely filling 'til lunchtime! i use a regular spoon for the "tablespoon," so the measurements are a bit off.

    And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the wind longs to play with your hair
