LAst night I made an Enlish roast, topped with Rhutabaga, butternut squash, carrots and onions, all diced up about 1" cubes. It was really good, with lots left over. This morning I diced up some leftover roast, and veggies. Sauted some onion in a little butter till soft, then threw in the hash. Heated it up and topped with 2 poached eggs. Best hash Ive ever had!
