  • Awesome Breakfast hash from leftovers.

    LAst night I made an Enlish roast, topped with Rhutabaga, butternut squash, carrots and onions, all diced up about 1" cubes. It was really good, with lots left over. This morning I diced up some leftover roast, and veggies. Sauted some onion in a little butter till soft, then threw in the hash. Heated it up and topped with 2 poached eggs. Best hash Ive ever had!

      I frequently toss anything floating around the fridge into an omelette. Everything is better with eggs!

        Awesome! The Swedes call this pyttipanna ... "put little pieces in the pan" ... and fry.
