...just made these (http://www.marksdailyapple.com/fat-guacamole-devils/) and OMG they were amazing.
I took two hard-boiled eggs and separated them from their yolks, which I mashed with one whole avocado (rather than 1/2) and the juice of half a small lime, some salt, pepper and some chili flakes (I don't have any hot sauce). I then chopped up and fried some organic bacon in coconut oil and butter until slightly crispy, and served this over the eggs.
Seriously, best post-workout meal ever. I definitely recommend trying it.
