  • You Look Like An Elvis Fan

Posted two recipes tonight on my blog. 1 was planned (Fish), but the other was totally inspired by a higher power.

Wait - marshmallows are primal? You got some 'splainin to do there...hilarious recipe though.
If you are new to the PB - please ignore ALL of this stuff, until you've read the book, or at least http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ and this (personal fave): http://www.archevore.com/get-started/

my blog is a Primal/Carb-Watcher friendly one, and not exclusively Primal. Like I said, Elvis would have wanted REAL marshmallows! I may amend the recipe later to include homemade marshmallows (and I did put a note about La Nouba being an option).

              I love your blog!
I made Alton Brown's marshmallows once, and they were...weird. They weren't something you could pick up and we ended up topping cocoa with them.

oh, by the way Bork, when I did a search for "primal marshmallows" your site was the second one from the top. I do believe Primal Junk Foodie is a win.

Thank you and thank you. I'm having so much fun, and it's actually inspiring me to work on my novel regularly. The blogging definitely gets the juices flowing. Wait til you see what I say about the give away I'm starting tomorrow!

In the words of Hayward Banks: FRENCH TOAST!

Highly tempted to post the toast song on my blog. I totally should. You know what? I'm totally gonna!

Hail no. I made this for hubby's dessert last night (but I do confess I had a bite. Way tasty!)

The size of the sandwich in the pictures was about the size of my fist. Very small.

EDIT: Wait. Let me rephrase that. Yes, Finn, in your wettest food porn dreams *grin*
