  • That time of the year again?

    Hi -

    Here in the UK it's getting dark and cold again (already! I know!) and it's making me crave hot drinks. Can anyone recommend an easily-made dark hot chocolate that fits in with PB? (Don't have much of a kitchen handy at work so are there any powdered chocolate drinks that have little or no sugar in them?)

    You can just melt good chocolate in steamed milk. Or else for xmas I make hot chocolate bombs for friends which is essentially a chocolate truffle that you melt into your milk. (Basic ganache is cream, butter and chocolate - let firm up, scoop/roll into balls and then roll in good quality cocoa) They keep in the freezer pretty well!
