      Everyone is going to react differently, but for me at least there was no wild blood glucose spike. 100 mg/dl is considered a decent fasting blood glucose level (I think). I have no medical background I just test to see how my body reacts. Checking blood sugar levels at 2 hours after eating is the standard (again, I think). I don't want to over-interpret anything but I'm thinking that the carbs made it to my large intestine and my gut bugs did the heavy lifting. I'll have to get wild n' crazy some time and eat a couple slices of white bread to compare glucose levels. I'm guessing I'd hit 180 mg/dl.
