I don't have a specific recipe listed, so I am just winging it. I am considering making some sort of a pumpkin custard with canned pumpkin (strangely, I found only boxed pumpkin at my local Shaw's), cream cheese, a couple eggs or so, a bit of splenda, some melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, bit of salt, and maybe some coconut milk depending on the consistency when the pureed and cream cheese are mixed together. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
