Just keep in mind that heavy cream has 6 carbs per cup (I know the package says 0, but that's for a tablespoon. Who in their right mind would only have 1T of something that delicious, right?). When a nutrition label says >1 it really means 0.5. Those add up quick.
However, at 6 carbs per cup, HWC isn't that much better than Coconut Milk. The only reason CM wins is because of the lauric acid
