Great idea, thank you. I was wondering what to do with the coconut milk I have at home and how to turn it into an easy breakfast for my husband....

My native forest cans don't do that, even after a few days in the fridge. Hmmm... defective coconut milk?

              Ingredients
One 15-ounce can full-fat coconut milk
1 tablespoon sugar or more to taste (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla or more to taste (optional)

              I rather do without.
One teaspoon of granulated sugar contains 15 calories.

There are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon, so there are 45 calories in a tablespoon of sugar.

                45/4 = 10grams of carbohydrates.
I will stick with heavy whipping cream.

Just keep in mind that heavy cream has 6 carbs per cup (I know the package says 0, but that's for a tablespoon. Who in their right mind would only have 1T of something that delicious, right?). When a nutrition label says >1 it really means 0.5. Those add up quick.
However, at 6 carbs per cup, HWC isn't that much better than Coconut Milk. The only reason CM wins is because of the lauric acid
