There is a restaurant called GustOrganics on 6th Ave around 14th St. The food is decent, not great, imo, but there are plenty of strict primal options.

You can eat Primally nearly anywhere, with a little creativity and self control.

I've been toying around with a menu plan for a roving primal truck... would be neat, no?

Update with what you find in NYC please, would be nice to know.

Oh, you can eat primally anywhere in the city.Google "steak New York City" or whatever- we don't spend much time at TGI Friday's here.

I ate at a really good primal-friendly restaurant last night called Organic Grill. It's on 1st ave just south of St. Marks Place. I highly recommend it!

THE best primal style restaurant in NYC

If you're in NYC and looking for a place to eat, check out GustOrganics. It's the worlds first fully organic restaurant. Plenty of great choices for those on primal and the food is delicious. My wife and I have scoured the city and this is by far the best option.
My wife had the filet mignon and grilled seasonal veggies. I had turkey meatballs and sautéed broccoli. We shared a fresh, local mozzarella and roasted tomato salad. For dessert we had the dark-Chocolate mousse. One of the best meals we've had in a while. They also have the only 100% organic bar in the world.
Great service and ambiance. Prices are fair for NYC. Our salad, dinner and dessert plus a glass of wine cost $80. A three course meal plus drink for $40 per person AND it's local/organic. Can not beat this. Check them out online: GustOrganics - Certified Organic Restaurant in NYC | GustOrganics

Quality Meats over behind the Plaza Hotel. Best place I've ever eaten.
