  • Accidental cheesey bread?

    I went to make this recipe yesterday:

    Egg Nests Recipe | Simply Recipes

    And slightly overcooked the whipped egg whites trying to cook the yolk. They had a very bread like consistency and I could easily see them being used as little biscuits or something. I had used parmesan cheese instead of gruyere. Even the anti-paleo boyfriend thought they were tasty in a bread like way
