I think I'm in a bit of a rut foodwise. I tend to do a lot of grass-fed burgers, marinated-grilled chicken, grass-fed steak, ribs, and this diced chicken/milled flax seed fettucine/pesto thing I do. My biggest issue though is veggies. I've never enjoyed them much and now I need to incorporate them more. A lot of times I either wrap green beans in tin foil with italian dressing or grill sweet potatoes. Both are great but I need more. Thing is I hate broccoli, peas, brussel sprouts, etc. How about carrots? Anybody got anything good with carrots? Thanks!
