I find that there is not much information concerning what we crave during that time of the month so I figured lets put all our best pms recipes in one place to help out those looking for something but are not sure what.

So what is your favorite PMS or menstrual food or recipe or if your a guy what is your girlfriend/wifes favorite. Don't want to exclude anyone in this. To start with:

One of my favorites is strawberries with almond butter or this cupcake when I want chocolate makes 7 cupcakes for me and it is super decadent:

3 oz salted butter (use half coconut oil for a more coconut taste)
    6.5 oz 80% Dark Chocolate
    2 eggs
    1 tablespoons water
    1/4 tsp vanilla stevia
    1/2 tablespoon coconut flour
1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder ( I use Hersheys' special dark)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with cupcake papers.

Melt the butter and chocolate together over a double boiler or over very low heat.

Using an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment beat the eggs, water, stevia on medium speed for about 3 minutes. Mixture should be foamy, paler in color and doubled in volume.

With mixer on low, slowly add the chocolate mixture. Increase speed to medium high and beat until well blended, 30-40 seconds. Scrape the bowl down with a rubber spatula once or twice as needed. Add coconut flour and cocoa and beat again for another 30 seconds. Scrape down once, if needed.

Fill the cupcake papers with the batter and bake in the preheated oven for 10-20 minutes. Cupcakes are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out wet with gooey chocolate clumps.
