I would adore a chocolate chip "cookie" recipe if anyone has anything, please, let me know.

probably not what you're going for, but try a combination of almond butter, eggs, sugar/stevia, and chocolate chips. Just a suggestion.

I make a primal chocolate chip cookie once every blue moon if I really crave a sweet treat.

                1 cup of almond butter
                1 cup of coconut flour
                4 eggs
                1/2 stick of butter
1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
1/4 or less cup of organic honey or stevia
                Roll into cookie balls

bake 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees.

For a quick fix I also have made this

                1 cup of macadamia nuts
1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
                2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Mix it really well in a food processor
Then roll them into balls and put them inside the freezer for a couple minutes to solidify.

People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.

here is my super easy, minimal ingredient recipe. my grain-loving parents love them to death.
decrease the amount of sugar used or sub a little honey instead.
