    It's a post-training indulgence for the most part, and definitely not for those trying to keep carbs under 50/day...

    ~1 cup blueberries (either fresh, or thawed from frozen)
    15 oz. can of canned pumpkin
    A few tablespoons (so probably 1/4-1/3 cup) coconut milk, chilled (for extra thickness)
    2 tbsp. almond butter
    Cinnamon to taste
    **One can add coconut shavings/flakes if desired; I simply forgot to do so this time.

    Mix up and devour.
