    17lbs pork shoulder
    3tbs chopped garlic
    1/4c liquid smoke
    1/4c tamari
    3tbs hawaiian salt

    Combine all ingredients and bake for 6hrs. Shred and enjoy!

    Going in the oven at 10:30pm to cook all night and to be served tomorrow at lunch for my son's high school marching band
