Tonight's Dinner: Roasted Garlic & Herb Pork Chops (pictures!!!!)
Looks good. What herbs did you put on them? I just put a ham coated in rosemary, garlic, and pepper in the oven. As a bonus, it also still has the skin on it, so I'm going to be having some fresh pork cracklins for dessert tonight!
Whatever I had in my herb carousel: sage, rosemary marjoram, garlic & onion powder, sea salt, pepper & paprika. I tossed the chops in olive oil, seasoned them then put them in a 375 oven until done. (wasn't watching the time). The green beans were steamed and I added a little cultured butter.
When I make ham or pork shoulder I have to fight my mother for the skin!
