                I'm so bad. Went out today and got arrowroot, almond flour, coconut flour, coconut, tapioca pearls, and some other stuff. Epic baking to ensue in 10-12 days!

                Okay, I lied. Totally going to bake these graham crackers for my sweet little 2yo:

                    A site I forgot about, but bought from years ago is St. Julien Macaroons. One could find a recipe and make them, but not everyone can or likes to bake. These macaroon are made from almonds, honey, egg whites and cocoa. They are delicious.

                        Yay!!! I am an avid tastespotting and foodgawker follower, so now I can add dessertstalker to the mix and enjoy the paleo baking fun!!! Too bad I've sworn off baking until the end of summer...
