  • Primal popsicles!

I got a popsicle-making set and made the first batch last night - coconut milk tropical pops. I used coconut milk, a banana, fresh pineapple, and a touch of honey. I ate the first one this morning - deeelish!

Can't wait to try all kinds of concoctions - I'm going to try the following ingredients in various combos - coconut milk, yogurt, heavy cream, berries, citrus, flavored protein powders, coconut flakes, coffee... yes, I'm going to go nuts over pops!

Ooh, good idea! How 'bout straight up pulverized mixed berries with a little sweetener?

With a little vodka, they are very popular at our Friday night happy hours.

That is a great idea. Sometimes I make coconut milk, blueberry, mango, and a little splash of orange juice as a smoothie. It is really just dessert. I think it would be even better as a Popsicle. It will actually feel like dessert that way too

That's what I'm thinking - any smoothie can be turned into a popsicle, right?
