    Bought some chuck on the bone today and used it for a curry, including the bones and tendons. A great cut of meat for stewing. The bones have marrow and lots of connective tissue so a good balance of protein. Plenty of flavour too

    Also made a curry using chicken feet. Amazing amount of gelatin. The sauce set upon cooling. Looking forward to it for breakfast during the week
