  • coconut oil

I am looking at some of marks recipes and some call for coconut oil. I bought some but its solid???? Can I just warm it up to liquify or is it a different oil I should be using?

Coconut oil is solid up to about 75 degrees. I just leave mine on the counter and heat up whatever I need for cooking.
Word of advice... don't stick it in the frig! It will get really hard and you practically have to chissel it out of the jar.

Just take out what you need and melt it down. The solid form just helps make it more edible straight off the spoon
