    The Guac:
    I know, everyone has their own special recipe, well I added a secret ingredient and it was so good I actually considered not posting it! Why? b/c I'm a greedy bitch! and it is that good!

    My secret to making awesome guac is to make a “pico” first and smashing your avocodos in a separate bowl. This distributes all your spices and flavorings evenly.

    Onion, chopped fine (as much as you like, I actually used a shallot b/c that is what I had)
    Jalapeno, minced fine- to taste
    Tomato, diced, I used one Roma or plum tomato
    Cilantro Leaves I leave them whole
    Coconut Oil- 1 TBS, liquid
    Lime- juice of one lime
    Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper

    Avocado- 1 smashed

    In one bowl, toss onion, jalapeno, tomato, cilantro, coconut oil and lime juice, season with salt, pepper and spices. Stir well… let sit for a little bit--- the salt will pull the liquid out of the tomato, onions, etc.

    In a separate bowl, smash avocado. I like my avocado smooth as the other stuff adds “chunks”, but you can do as you wish.

    Incorporate you avocado into the Onion, jalapeno mixture until all combined.

    Serve with favorite dipping vehicle… Mine cabbage.
