    YouTube - ScoobySnack Protein Bars 4 busy people wanting healthy meal

    I make them all the time. They are really messy but taste great.

    Obviously you could change the peanut butter with almond or macadamia butter, and the milk with coconut or almond milk, but what about the oats and honey? Is there anything that you can substitute them with so they are more Primal? At least the oats are low GI.
