  • Mark's Cookbooks

Does either/both The Primal Blueprint Cookbook and Quick and Easy Meals recipes list the calories, carbs, sugar etc.

I'm pretty sure Mark says his Quick & Easy book does have nutritional listings. Have a look back through his daily blog - about a week or so ago I think.

The PB Cookbook does not provide nutritional information and it also does not have an index, two major "gnat bites" in my book.

Thanks, I'm still new in Primal Blueprint and I need the guidence of the nutrition listings. Think I'll order the Quick and Easy Meals first.

I'm so excited for the new cook book, especially b/c it's supposed to have nutrition info. However, I have to laugh that it's $18 on Amazon, and Mark is asking $25 for it on his site.

Do most of his recipes use butter? I've sort of cut butter out, as Dr. Davis regards it negatively, not because of the fat, but because I think it affects insulin sensitivity.

Sam, you should be able to sub coconut oil for butter in a lot of things.

Slightly OT, does anyone have a recommendation for an Indian cookbook?
