  • That really get's my Goat...........cooked

So, I've got a goat leg section and a big slow cooker. I'm basically planning on the low and slow method but could use some new inspiration for spicing. Any ideas or suggestions?

    Apropos of nothing.
    But I'll think of something.

Tomato goes well with goat- tenderizes it nicely too.

I'll never turn down a good curry or masala with goat.

Goat Ghosht. I posted a recipe for it in Kuno's journal at one point, I'll dig it out later.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"
