    Any time you find yourself with some quantity of ground meat, and looking for something interesting to do with it FAST, do this:

    It's best with ground pork or chicken, but would work fine with turkey or beef as well.


    It cooks in a flash, requires minimal prep, and for most of us the only ingredient that might require extra purchasing is fish sauce.

    I love larb!!! Just plunking forkfuls into a lettuce leaf--yum! I didn't realize that the amount of rice was so scanty--worth that tiny bit, or I wonder if it would make much difference to leave it out?? Thanks for posting the recipe.

      Catalina, I left the rice out and it still tasted fabulous.
