I was sitting at work yesterday thinking I had nothing left to eat at home and I needed to go to the grocery store, then remembered I had chicken breast and avocado...so I looked online for chicken/avocado recipes and found/customized a really simple and delicious primal meal last night so just wanted to share.
1 organic chicken breast pan fried in Coconut Oil, rubbed with ground black pepper, a pinch of chili powder, and a pinch of cumin
1 or 2 squirts of fresh squeezed lime juice
Some chopped raw onion
1/2 a raw tomato, chopped
a pinch of sea salt and black pepper
Mix all topping ingredients together, put over chicken breast, and voila! A quick and flavorful primal meal, took about 15 minutes total, with tons of room for customization.
Anyone have any other suggestions for time-limited folks such as myself?
