  • Awesome Braised Beef Short Ribs

I made some awesome braised beef short ribs last night as a nice valentine's dinner for DH & I. They were so tasty that I won't be waiting until the next "special occasion" to serve them. Super yummy. These are from Food Network chef Anne Burrell. Just thought I'd share the recipe!

damn it! why did I click on this right before I am about to break fast. I do not have access right now to those things and that is all I will be thinking about until I get home tonight. Looks like i will be stopping for some short ribs on the way home. thanks for the share.

Nice, that's really different from any recipes I've made before, with the veggies pureed into a paste... I'm going to try this for sure. That Anne Burrell knows her stuff, I just can't stand watching her show, she gets on my nerves!

I'm blogging again, at least a little bit.

yum! thanks for sharing that duckmama! I used to hate ribs but now I can eat them every day if they are around.
