    Do you guys consider protein powder primal/acceptable?

    Absolutely. As long as you use one that with acceptable ingredients - whey-based, low sugar, etc - protein powder is good for quick protein infusions in a pinch.

      It is acceptable, but hardly something you need if you are eating primal. Log you intake and see if your food doesnt give you enough.

      I used to be pro-supplement but through the years i've changed into skipping the powders(and definetly the bars).

        Pointless waste of money....

        The "Seven Deadly Sins"

        Grains (wheat/rice/oats etc) . . . . . Dairy (milk/yogurt/butter/cheese etc) . . . . . Nightshades (peppers/tomato/eggplant etc)
        Tubers (potato/arrowroot etc) . . . Modernly palatable (cashews/olives etc) . . . Refined foods (salt/sugars etc )
        Legumes (soy/beans/peas etc)

          I have to say, Tarlach, I really like our way of expressing yourself on this forum. You are always so precise and from the heart. Your probably one of the "most" primal persons on this forum, and seems to really now what you're talking about. Keep going!
