    Well, here's an easy one. I save the juices from roasting turkey breasts in the freezer. Tonight I warmed the jar up, drained off the fat, and mixed in a tsp of xanthan gum.


    All done, easy peasy, no carbs.

      I can picture that!


      When I cook the turkey breast I put some water in the bottom of the pan. The juices and fat are all there when I'm done, nothing sticks.
