I use to use these on Atkins and they are esp good
esp with chicken alfedo, beef stroganoff etc
you must use Napa and cut it with sharp knife into long shreds, and boil in water with a bit of cream until soft (like 5 min) drain and put whatever topping on you would like!
my fav topping is:
24 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
cut up in chunks or stips
2 tb of coconut oil(can use olive oil)
diced fresh garlic to taste
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup unsalted organic butter
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Saute the chicken in whatever oil your using in large deep skillet until browned and cooked through
add remaining things to pan and simmer until nice and thick.......serve over the noodles above
you can sprinkle a bit of extra cheese on the top.
