I love making pizza with almond flour, but I also have had to failed attempts making it with cauliflower. I use one egg for every one cup of cauliflower. The crust seems to fall apart every time. I put the mixture in the oven without the topping for about 15 minutes then take it out and put the topping on and cook it for another 10 minutes. Hope someone can help
