  • Hot wings

Hey all...picked up a 3lb bag of hot wings/buffalo wings from our grassfed beef pusher. Wings are from the same farm so I'm pretty sure they are legit.

    Anyone have any good recipes?

    I plan baking/broiling/grilling..not deep frying..

    Thanks all..

I used this recipe a couple of weeks ago, with the blue cheese dressing recipe as well, and it was AWESOME! Best wings I've ever had. It helped that the actual wings were meaty and delicious, which is hard to get from a restaurant (in my experience anyway).

      Plus it's perfectly primal

I didn't want to fry mine because I'm not great with the frying actually...it spatters a lot, and it hurts when hot oil hits my skin. At least the oven is enclosed!

FYI the we tried the recipie posted above tonight. I suggest doubleing the wing sauce (butter, garlice and spices basicly) then tossing the COOKED wings in it. I found that when cold wings hit hot butter the butter tends to set and it doesn't coat the wings as well. I'm gonna try it this way next time (probably later this week...they WERE pretty good, even if not "saucey" enough for me).
