      great post!

one of my favorites is almond butter spread on cucumbers. (I love cucumbers - they are the best alternative to crackers for me)
The pain of discipline or the pain of regret? You choose.

      Oh look - I made a Journal.

+1 with the jerky. Just discovered how to make homemade which I have done 4 times in as many weeks. Doing about 1kg at a time. Awesome stuff and really easy in my oven (fanbake).
              Spoonful of almond butter
Dry roasted coconut chips and almonds with yoghurt and cream in a bowl.
              Dutch cheese with walnuts.

Ooh - whats your favorite Dutch cheese??? My fave is young Leiden - so creamy and delicious!

I REALLY want a dehydrator so I can make some jerky...will need an awesome recipe then too.

Bukawww I like Maasdam and Gruyere which I think is possibly Swiss? YOu don't need a dehydrator to make jerky, I make it just fine in my oven with the door ajar - 4 hours - done! ...mind you it doesn't last long in my house.

Paleo Rob - I forgot to tell you that too yesterday, make sure to leave the oven door open slightly when making jerky, you need that air circulation going. If it won't stay open by itself put a wooden spoon in the door.
