The texture is fabulous. I think the lightly-cooked avocado tastes different than raw avocado.. and mixed with the sweetness and toastedness of the coconut, and the little bit of salt I added... it's just really a unique flavor. The first bite or two I wasn't sure I liked it, but now I'm hooked!
It would make a great appetizer for parties. Or something to whip up for myself if my husband is eating mozzarella sticks or chicken fingers.
I posted a picture on facebook, with a link to your blog post, I can't wait to hear what my CW friends have to say about it. I think my foodie friends will love it, though!

Just made these. Really good and easy. Served with a bit of sour cream. I think a bit of chili pepper might be an interesting combo with the sweetness of the coconut and the creaminess of the avocado. I love to experiment with flavors. Sometimes it works; sometimes...
Hi! I read this recipe last night, saw some avacado at the market today and decided to give it a try. Not only did I love them, but 2 out of 3 of my kids loved them too and said these are definitely a "make again!" My non-primal friend dropped by while I was making them and she loved them, too!
