  • Fried Fish!

Wow. Another good use for almond flour.

Tonight we had some haddock dipped in a bit of egg (pastured, of course)-- then dredged in almond flour.

Fry it in about 2-3 TBS of coconut oil.

Battered fried fish!! It was delicious! Served with homemade tartar sauce and lemon.

Whole Foods has it for about $10.99/lb. It's a little pricey, but the payoff is worth it. The fish was out of this world.

For some reason I've never liked fish, last year I learned to eat battered bluegill, but that was bout all I could tolerate. This might just be the solution, as I want to eat more fish

I only eat fish (and eggs and a little dairy) as my main protein source. In the past I could never make myself like it but I went pescetarian a year ago and now I look forward to all kinds of fish and seafood. The almond flour idea sounds wonderful! Thanks!

Wow, 4 bucks a pound is great. Best price I've seen online is for a 5 pound bag for about 30.
