  • Any primal teenagers

Hey I'm new to the whole primal thing but have wicked results and wondering if we could have our own little forum to chat instead of all adults and stuff. I'm Henry by the way, I'm 16 yrs 6,1 and 80kg. By doing the primal lifestyle I have already lost 11 kg in 9 weeks

I think you need to gain a bit of weight, there, Henry.

Also, I don't thin that there are a lot of teens to warrant your own forum, btu you can always start a thread just for teens, just as there is a NZ thread.

Gadsie used to be around, but I have not seen him for a while, you could at least search out his old threads.
I like badgers, books and booze, more or less in that order.

Emtropy is 16 but she is no longer primal (she is closer to peat). She is still posting at her journal on mda though.

After lurking for quite a while, I had come to the conclusion there weren't many of us.
What made you want to go primal?

I stopped eating primal when it was hindering me more than it was helping me. I now eat a higher carb (fruit, fruit juice, potatoes, rice, sweeteners like honey, maple syrup and small amounts of white sugar) lower fat diet, and feel much better for it.
What did the primal diet end up prevent you from doing?

That does indeed sound rather unfortunate. How long had you been eating LC at that point?

That's odd cause I'm feeling fine. In the past two days I've ridden about 60 Kms mountain biking and I don't crave any more I'm not always hungry like sure if there is a burger and its the only thing to eat ill eat it but only like once a fortnight. Maybe you guys weren't eating enough meat, fat and salt since they are the best primal thing for energy

I am rather envious of your location; I hope/wish to visit NZ in the near future.
