    Really enjoying my PB eating program. Seem to be stuck at my weight. It fluctuates between 178 - 182 yet my waist is shrinking and my gym work outs are defiantly making me stronger.

      Assume that anyone you hope to impress will notice your clothing size and contours before they ask about how much downward gravitational force you exert, so scale schmale.

        Ditch the scale. They mean next to nothing. Weight loss is not linear. I pimped mine out to my neighbor. Best thing I ever did.

          I weigh a lot. A LOT. Like I am embarrassed how much I weigh.

          And I'd like to think I am not obese. Size 4 pants and 5'9"...
