Not a war, but a healthy debate. There is alot to be said for smaller and firmer. But is bigger better? Depends on how you are wired up!!

Sorry, my wired up wasnt meant to be a pun. It is a reference to how the mind is 'wired up'!!

In my opinion, we are all wired up to like/dislike different things!!

I can't believe the men actually succeeded this time. Over the years, there have been many bra size threads, and every time people say, "Pics or it didn't happen!" to no avail. They never got a single picture. Yet, this time, it actually worked.... What had MDA come to, anyway?

On Topic: Though I've never done cross-fit, eating primally made my bandsize decrease, but nothing else shrank. So, I went from a D to a DD. Primal Eating is expensive. Trying to find that cupsize in a 32inch bandwidth is not easy, and it's expensive! Pregnancy didn't help, either. I'm scared as to what will happen when my milk comes in. Knifegill, on the other hand, does not seem worried at all. Imagine that...

And, no, no pictures. I'm too modest, and you're not Knifegill, LOL!

As someone who briefly treaded into C cup territory, I agree more than a B cup is an annoyance. Even a B cup can be an annoyance. I really would like to be braless more often.

That's how I was using it too. But now that you mention it- good pun. I just want to clarify that my vote for smaller shapelier is not based on what I have but what I want to have. And by the miracle of plastic surgery, can have, if I choose. As SBHikes just posted, braless is so nice!

That is the downside....32/34 DD bras are a pain in the ass to find. Oddly enough, apparently it's a pretty common size.

I think men just like boobs in general and happy to see any size.

Women though.... my friend used to fit bras at Nordstroms and some women would cry when they thought they were 36 B and turned out to be like 34 DDD. She said women most frequently got upset if it was a bigger cup size.

I never thought I'd say this but I'm actually happy I went down to a C. I ride horses and do a lot of hiking/backpacking and shooting and the darn things kept getting in the way! And it was impossible, impossible! to if d a good sports bra.

Once I moved to Africa I think my body was eating itself for a little bit there and poof! C cup! Yay! Much better!

But what is even more important is the mind and personality that they are attached too!!!

Maybe our dear men can show examples of how serious weights have impacted their glutes?

They didn't "shrink"

I'm asking for 2 reasons. 1---I'd like to keep my curves, 2---I don't want to drop a bunch of $$ on bras if they're going to change quickly
How much weight are you talking about and how old are you? I lost over 1/3 of my body weight and it wasn't until the last 20 lbs or so (as my body weight dropped from overweight to mid normal) that I felt like there was a noticeable, proportional loss in boobage, at least with clothes on. I am currently a 34C and for the first time in 35 years considering a pushup bra for a dress I just bought.

I have been thinking about a weight training regimen for other parts of my body. I have a hard time believing it would do much for my boobs. I can say that yoga is not a bust increasing strategy, lol. On the other hand, my backside looks better than it did when I was this same weight at 22, so every body part is different.

Well, at my heaviest I lost about 40lbs to bring me down to what I was for about a year and a half...hovering at 160. I went from a 38DD down to a 34DDD or F depending on what sizing system you're looking at. Like I said, mine are hereditary from both sides of my family, so I never expected them to "shrink" persay...just morph. I do have to say though that I think they LOOK smaller...and I'm ok with that.

This time around, I dropped about 10-15 just from primal eating and i've already started to notice a little more "room" in my bras, particularly the band. It took me a long time to build up my collection after that last loss!! haha, I don't really want to start all over! I wish you could tailor bras like you can pants!!!

It is kind of a pain, like others have said, in regards to finding bras and sports bras and how much $$$ they cost. Ya can't just go to target sadly. And there aren't such things as "cheap bras" when you're that size. Shoot, Vickies JUST now started making a DDD bra. That's about as cheap as it gets.

For now, i'm going to wait it out and see what CF does to them. I think i'm on my way down to a 32 band size...but maybe CF will keep me at 34 because i'll finally have some back muscles! haha. I did get 2 new sports bras that fit well right now...can't really be doing all that jumping around in a crappy sports bra!!!! (btw, I feel like I could be sports bra tester with how many i've tried).
