Mine have shrunk. The cup size as much as anything. They kinda sometimes have an empty feeling to them, like they've been deflated. But my posture is better from lifting weights and getting stronger so the overall result is actually a lot better. Here's a pic with a nice fake-out 3/4 turn so my waist looks small ha ha. Dorky drugstore glasses boo!
    Female, 5'3", 50, Max squat: 202.5lbs. Max deadlift: 225 x 3.

        Yeah... here, boob pic.

To the OP.... your body is just going to keep changing, and for me, I've had to constantly buy clothes. Very happy my old bras fit again. But yet again, I need to buy new fall clothes. It's awesome, but annoying because I keep losing from my waist, which makes clothes look very sloppy. Consider it a cost of health.... Maybe buy cheap bras for now?

CrossFit (or serious weights) and boobs....

Being a long time yogi I have often loathed my breast size/shape for not staying put in a bra or top, trying to fall out of the top when I go upside down. Such a nuisance. Then I got smart and found his type of high impact underwire running bra and my boobs CAN'T GET OUT untill I say so. Perfect. It's all about the bra, don't be cheap, even if you are changing sizes. Just buy one or two and wash them more.

CrossFit is not my work out of choice, but as I have lost some weight, mine have gone down one cup size. From DD to a D. IMO anything larger than a B cup is annoyance.

P.S. I just found out I have an ink spot on my arm.

Graycat I think we have the same bra! I agree with you, more than a b cup is an annoyance.

All threads turn into softcore here. I prefer b, or c cup on women myself. Shape > size.

I've never been annoyed with D/DD. That's what good bras are for. The only thing that sucks is you will always need an underwire that fits. But they fill out sweaters really well. And tank tops. LOL

OK I'll join the "not annoyed at Ds" crowd.
