      Yes.

Cashew "cheesecake" with medjool date-walnut crust.

      Vegan brownies from whole foods.

      Coconut oil-frozen peanut butter pie.

Lol It would be hilarious if he's finally lost the plot, but I've got a feeling it's part of a set up for a big (at least in his mind) punchline. Kinda like Joaqin Phoenix's descent into madness a couple of years ago.

Btw, was that all a joke with Joaqin? I remember that and it was quite strange.

If you think that's bad, I used to be part of a forum where this guy was giving me nutritional advice and calling me obese: https://www.facebook.com/sam.dallman.7/photos

Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.

Suicide online ... a trend these days ...

Seriously, I checked this guy and as you know, correlation is not causation but I think that this guy's ego is swelling with time. Must be the 30+ bananas a day. Who would have known ?! Kids, if you watch this, don't do it!

                      His dog looks good though.

I dunno, the older I get, the more I don't give a shit about weirdos that do weird shit. If you want to look like a pasty, sunken, sullen man or woman, please go right on ahead, at least that leaves more meat for us. Thankfully men like Mr. Anthony (and many others here) exist to look and act like men and post pics of their rippling abs to counteract the travesty of men that enjoy looking sickly and weak.

I'm just annoyed when anyone (whether they look like Sam OR Mr Anthony) has the audacity to call me 'fat' and demand that I follow their diet!
People can starve themselves all they like, but they ain't taking my meat and potatoes from me and they ain't bad-mouthing my (absolutely stunning) figure.

I can't imagine how lousy I would feel with all that in my system. That was a ton of sugar on top of the cereal! Makes my teeth hurt.

He is blowing out his pancreas a la Steve Jobs.

I saw that and was gobsmacked. I knew he was a bit of a kook but all that sugar was a flashback to my childhood and I do remember how bad I felt pigging out on sugar.

The man looked terrible, grizzled and gaunt. I can only assume the lack of protein and fats is destroying his brain. I am a cyclist and though I can understand why being the thinnest possible would hold an appeal, that was just plain hard to watch.

I feel sorry for him and those like him.

Yah, cause in Australia we have no fruit?! (Umm yeah...). And somehow a box of crappy cereal, SUGAR and SOY MILK are good?! With no protein or fat... omg. (In fact let's DILUTE the soy milk to reduce that fat and protein even further! Yummo...).

Look, I kind of GET the fruit thing. Fruit is real and natural, you can pluck it straight off the tree etc. etc. so there is a bizarre kind of logic to eating fruit... but this?! Weird. Really weird.

And yeah, even if you can't get high quality organic fruit, I'd STILL SAY fruit is better than what he was eating. Hahahaha... well he's right about being skinny.
